When I tell you to use responses, make sure you use them in the order they are given. Ex. when I say use (responses 2,1,3), I mean use response 2, then use response 1 at your next opportunity, and then use response 3. The responses should be used one after another.

Once in Harry Mudd's cargo hold, talk to Harry. Use Sci. Tricorder on box with Orange Orbs and on box south of Orbs (on left side of screen). Use Med. Tricorder on broken box (white specks on floor). Take the following: Orange Orb, De-Grimer, and Lens. Use lens on de-grimer. Use this new device on anything.
Don't forget to... use Sci. Tricorder on columns, sav-a-ship, and on hatch which are in engineering.
Don't forget to... use Sci. Tricorder on left canisters and on control panel (Red, Yellow, and Blue buttons) which are in the Weapons room. Use Spock on blue buttons. Use Spock on red button (Dialogue Response 2).
Don't forget to... use Spock on controls on the bridge. Take Doover (white device in black triangle).
Don't forget to... use Spock and Med. Tricorder on the large orange spheroid in the computer library. Then, use Spock on the large orange spheroid and then use the small orange orb on the large orange spheroid.
Don't forget to... talk to Harry in engineering (Response 1 or 2). Use Doover on sav-a-ship.
Don't forget to... use Spock on Harry Mudd in Sickbay. Take vial from dispensary (center panel) and use green vial on console below dispensary. Use Med. Bag on Harry.
Don't forget to... return to the bridge and use Spock on left chair. Read sensors, navigation, and engineering. Use Kirk on right chair. Read view screen and Communications. Response 3. Harry talks to Kirk (response 2).
Trial and Errors:
When talking to Klingons at the beginning, use responses 2,1. Then, orbit planet, talk with Spock, and beam down.
Don't forget to... use both tricorders on Quetzecoatl and talk to Quetzecoatl and Response 1,1,1.
Don't forget to... get rocks (behind Kirk) in Pit. Use rock on snake hole. Take snake. Use rock on vine loop (top left) and use rock on vine loop (middle). Use Kirk on vine.
Don't forget to... use Snake on Txolc and then on Kirk. Take knife.
Don't forget to... use knife on fern (near river bank). Use fern leaf in river.
Don't forget to... use Sci. Tricorder on stalagmites and use knife on Red crystal.
Don't forget to... use responses 2,2,2 when speaking with Quetzecoatl.
Don't forget to... use responses 1,2 when talking with Vlict.
Don't forget to... use the following responses in the Klingon trial room: 2,2,2,1,3.

That Old Devil Moon:
At the beginning, before transporting down, use the computer and search: Scythe, Lucrs, Sofs, Base 3, Base 4.
Don't forget to... use Sci. Tricorder on ground and on head like monoliths when you beam down.
Also, take the rocks on the ground.
Don't forget to... use Spock on door lock. Input Code: 10200

Don't forget to... do the following in the laser drill room: Use Sci. Tricorder on Laser Drill control panel (far wall). Use Spock on laser drill panel (Power setting: 100). Use rocks on key card template. Use Spock on control panel (Power setting: 10). Take key card. Use Kirk on box and get the wire in the box.
Don't forget to... use key card on north door lock when in the corridor.
Don't forget to... do the following in the missile control room: Use Sci. Tricorder on missiles. Use Spock on left computer and then on right computer. Use Sci. Tricorder on the left and right computer. Use wire on right computer and then use Spock on left computer.
Vengeance:
On the bridge, use Uhura response 1.
Don't forget to... do the following when on the Republic's bridge: Use Med. Tricorder on dead man (right side of bridge). Use Med. Tricorder on dead captain and look at dead Captain. Use Sci. Tricorder on Captain's chair and on computer banks (left/right side of bridge).
Don't forget to... do the following in Sickbay: Use Med. Tricorder on dead blue shirt. Look at crew woman and use Med. Tricorder on her. Use Med. Bag on her and then talk to her. Use communicator (response 1).
